Unable to hid Schedules tab on the Requisition PO life cycle screen

Summary:

We have requirement to hid the schedule and shipment table on the Requisition PO life cycle. Is it a feasible feature?

In VBS i do see option to hid it but it does not actually hide the tabs. Does this need to be done from PO Redwood page? or can be achieved here?
