We have an existing Business Unit which hold data but is no longer active. It has data in Procurement, AP, AR, Sales Orders.

We are looking for best approach how to inactivate this business unit, Ojectives are:

1. User should not be able to create transactions in this BU
2. User should be able to view historical data
3. We should be able to assign this new BU to new users in "Manage Business Unit Data Access for Users" task
