How is the created by & updated by fields updated upon revising a Sales Order?
Just wanted to understand the system design/functionality of how the the created by & updated by fields are getting updated once the Sales order gets Revised?
So, let's say order num 1000 is being created by User1. User2 comes & Revises the order.
Before revision, in Manage Order, we had:
Revision 1 - Processing - Created by: User1 - Updated by: User1
Now after revision, in Manage Orders, we can see 3 records for SO 1000 :
1) Revision 1 - Reference - Created by: User 2 - Updated by: User 2 (shouldn't this be shown as Created by "User 1")
2) Revision 2 - Reference - Created by: User 2 - Updated by: User 2
