Before proceeding, we would like confirmation from Oracle/community forum on the following points:

  1. Is the "Quick Registration Type" for Partner organizations/users available free of charge, or does it require any licenses?
  2. If it is a paid option, what is the cost associated with creating partner users of this type?
  3. If it is free of charge, are there any limits on the number of partner users that can be created using the Quick Registration type?
