Suggestion response to submitter in Oracle Fusion Knowledge

Is it possible to send the suggestion response back to submitter to enable positive user experience in Oracle fusion knowledge.

It seems, currently there is no option to send the suggestion response back to submitter in Oracle fusion redwood knowledge. It is one of the mandatory requirement to enable better user experience and resolve the concern of never heard on the feedback submitted for 280K user base who will be using Oracle knowledgebase as a primary self service channel for issue deflection. Authors/Owner can view & manage the suggestions which is good but from end user (or) agent perspective this process seems bit hidden after submitting suggestion.
