How do I get the business justification reason field in job requisitions to remain visible?

We would like business justification reason to be visible even after job requisitions are approved. I've verified that this field is visible in the HCM Design Experience Studio. However, once a requisition is approved and posted, it seems like this field disappears. Does anyone know how I can get this open-ended reason field to remain visible in the requisition information? Thank you.
