Redwood: How can we rearrange fields within Content Section of Talent Profile

Summary:

We need to rearrange added fields within Content Section of Talent Profile. For Example: in sections like Honors and Awards, Licenses and Certification we need to add a field 'Other' after Name field. The expectation if Licenses and Certifications/Honors and Awards are not listed in the item catalog then employee will choose 'Other' Value from the LOV and put their actual Certificate or Award name in Other field which is right after the 'Name' field.

We are unable to rearrange these fields in Redwood. Please let us know if anyone come across such requirement? Can we achieve this in Redwood?
