How to setup user access to edit certain CPQ tables?

Hello - We are looking to allow certain users through the use of groups to be able to edit data within certain tables. It appears that this capability is available in CPQ but appears that this may not be enabled for our site. Reviewing the information provided in the Oracle online help manual for tables and setting up groups, it appears that we can assign a group with admin access that is specific to certain areas/tables. This would be by setting the group type to Administrator.

When we go here, we are only able to access the type "Sales" and not Administrator as shown above. Is this a capability that we can utilize within Oracle CPQ? If so, how can we enable this so that we can access the group type "Administrator"?
