How to collect additional information from candidate through onboarding journey?

Hello Team,

We have a requirement to create an onboarding journey with some set of tasks.
On task among the list is to collect data from candidate (Eg: Upload Picture, Attach Graduation degree, Attach previous employment experience letters etc..).

Could you please let us know if it is possible to collect the above information from the checklist task in Onboarding Journey?
If it is possible, please provide us with the detailed steps on how to configure that in system.
