I was able to export the ledgers setup as a configuration package and trying to import them into another instance and I get this error (Message Code: FND_CMN_INVALID_ATTRB_API_SERV. Message Text: The value of the attribute Company Value isn't valid) which I'm not able figure out.

I'm not sure which company value it is talking about. I have opened an SR (4-0000747**** -unable to import ledger setup with configuration package from another instance) as well with GL support on 06/05 but so far no one responded. I have all the dependent setup in the target environment. Here is the complete log.
