How do we rename region name in redwood page as done in TDS for RUI?

Summary:

We need to rename several sections in the Change Legal Employer flow. While this was possible using TDS for RUI, we haven't found a similar functionality in VBCS. Additionally, using User Interface Text hasn't yielded any results for renaming the sections. Could you please advise on how we can accomplish this requirement?
