Will Oracle Assist in system configuration migration from Dev1 to Dev2 for Redwood UI ?

Can you guide us configuration migration from 1 instance to another? We need to migrate from Dev1 instance to Dev2 instance. Can you help us understand the following:

1) Whether this migration can be facilitated by Oracle? Or it needs to be a manual configuration.

2) If it is facilitated by Oracle, then is there a control to not push data from Dev1 to Dev2 and only push configurations?

 

To confirm, we're implementing Redwood and not on Simplified UI.
