How to open a shell/console in the browser to an instance

I have created an ubuntu-based instance and can connect to it via ssh without any issues from some other terminal. But is it possible to log in to my Oracle cloud account, go to the instance, and open up a terminal in the browser directly from there? i.e. a bit like you can with the Cloud Shell, but where the terminal is to the ubuntu instance rather than the cloud shell.
