Oracle CX Sales Integration app does not allow exporting Form Records

in CX Apps

We need to create Leads in Oracle CX using records entered in Elqoua forms.

However, the Oracle CX Sales Integration app connector, although it allows you to create Leads in CX with information from the Contact Object in Eloqua, does not allow you to access records from the Eloqua Form.

We have the following questions that we can't answer based on the documentation:

  1. Does the Oracle CX Sales Integration app connector allow access to records submitted within a form?
  2. Are there other ways to capture form submissions other than via the API?

We welcome any guidance or ideas you can share with us.
