    Hi Community,

    Do you also have issues with verification codes required as the second factor when logging in to Oracle Support?
    In my case, these codes arrive in my inbox with such a delay that the 10-minute time window is often exceeded. Sometimes, the codes don't arrive at all - like today. Occasionally, the same code is sent twice, even though it’s invalid. Today, I can’t log in to Support at all because the code delivery isn’t working.

    On my side, the Oracle address is whitelisted, and nothing is blocking it. Is this an individual issue on my end?
