Requestor entering the Receipt unable to view detailed purchase order lifecycle from the hyperlink

Hi,

Purchase order is created without PR and requestor is manually added to the manual purchase order. Requestor is entering receipts but he is unable to view the full detailed lifecycle of the Purchase order from the hyper link available during the receiving, there is no button to view full details of the PO lifecycle, which access is needed to view the detailed lifecycle of the purchase order by requestor.
