Is it expected behaviour for the line manager and line manager +1 to be able to access and view hiring/job requisitions that have one of their direct reports listed as the hiring manager? If this is not expected behaviour, what may be causing this?

In the vast majority of our cases, the line manager will be one of the approvers and the line manager +1 may be included as well.
