SSP Redwood UI - Notes to Buyer not copying to PO

In the new Redwood UI for SSP, the notes to Buyer field at the line level is not getting copying all the way to PO. It only gets to the process requisition page.

We have tried the below 2 ways and it does not work for us, any insights on how to fix this ?

1- We have "Generate POs automatically" as Yes in most of our BPA controls. Buyers mostly don't have requisitions in the "Process Requisition" workbench to review notes to Buyers. The PO is in Incomplete status and by then they loose the values.

2- We created new line and header level DFFs and made it to copy over to PO using the profile options - PO_COPY_REQ_HDR_DFF_TO_PO and PO_COPY_REQ_LINE_DFF_TO_PO but Oracle stops requisition grouping when we turn on these profile option.
