Oracle Digital Assistant does not return Benefits details

We have the ODA configured in our non-prod for testing. What I ask the question "What is my medical coverage?" it returns "

"The following plans don't have providers. For further information, please contact your benefits representative."

Then it lists the plan I am enrolled in (name only)

Does anyone in the community have an idea how to resolve this? I do not see a field for "provider" in the benefits plans, does it need to have information in the "Physicians" tabs? Or is there another area that I need to configure for this to work correctly?
