Is there a report that will show all data roles and their security policies?

Summary:

Hello - Our organization has 3 Document Type Security Profiles created that are spread across many roles. Instead of manually trying to find which data role has what document type security profile, is there a report I can run that shows all data roles and their corresponding security profiles for each security criteria? i.e. Organization security profile, Person security profile, Document Type security profile, etc
