Adding Cost Center to Payroll > Costing of Departments is there a HSDL that works?

I keep getting errors with the HSDL. The field it is asking for is not available in the HSDL - any ideas?

Below is one example - another one is when i use the organization id instead of name i get an error asking for Source Code ID
