Reordering quick actions on Team activity Center page

Summary:

I wanted to know if we can re-order the appearance of the quick actions that comes up via 'Team actions' & 'Individual Actions' in Team activity Center page. I tried doing the same via Structure tool but don't see it happening. Is there any other way possible to achieve this?

Example: Can we have the Employment Quick Actions before the Career and Performance Quick Actions in the list? Also, I noted that these quick actions are not alphabetically arranged because I see the Compensation quick actions at the end of the list.
