Hello,

I have an activity in an external system which is pushed to Field Service via ICS. When the activities appear in Field Service, they are displayed as scheduled activities. However, I need the activities to appear as non-scheduled ones so that the technicians can start them on any day or at any time. Is there any field that I need to push to Field Service while creating the activity in the external system?
