Overview

Oracle Eloqua has made a strategic change to how its Advanced Intelligence (AI) features are made available to customers. Taking effect June 12, 2025, the purchase of the AI add-on is no longer required, and all customers are now eligible to request to have Eloqua’s AI functionality enabled in their environments as part of their base subscription. .

What’s Changing

Effective June 12, 2025, Oracle Eloqua’s Advanced Intelligence (AI) features are now available to all customers. Classified as Optionally Availability functionality, customers who are interested in gaining access to Eloqua’s Classic and Generative AI (Gen AI) functionality, can open an SR (Service Request) with Oracle Support to request to have it enabled at any time.
