Overview

Oracle Eloqua is making a strategic change to how its Advanced Intelligence (AI) features are made available to customers. Taking effect June 12, 2025, the purchase of the AI add-on is no longer required, and all customers are now eligible to request to have Eloqua’s AI functionality enabled in their environments free of charge.

What’s Changing

Effective June 12, 2025, Oracle Eloqua’s Advanced Intelligence (AI) features are now available to all customers free of charge. Classified as Optionally Availability functionality, customers who are interested in gaining access to Eloqua’s Classic and Generative AI (Gen AI) functionality, can open an SR (Service Request) with Oracle Support to request to have it enabled at any time. Oracle will be also conducting proactive outreach to all customers, POD by POD over June and July 2025, encouraging customers to try out the AI feature set.
