Absence Redwood pages load properly on some systems, but loads indefinitely on others.

Hi Team,

We have enabled Absence Redwood for one of our customers and noticed some unexpected behavior. While some users are able to view the Redwood pages without any issues, others experience an indefinite loading screen when trying to access the same pages.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.
