PR stuck in pending approval Even it is approved by the approvers

Hi,

PR got stuck in pending approval even all the approvers have approved the PR. Also the requestor cannot withdraw it.

It shows error: You can't edit a requisition that's pending changes by approver, please assist how to resolve the issue.
