How to clear Entered Curency balance & total currency balances in GL

Summary:

When clearing the balances all in USD Total Currency, there is a line which is created & shown in USD entered currency. 

Now, if we clear Entered currency balances, again there will be a lines on Total Currency side. Eventually, we are left with balances on either side & hence cannot close/liquidate entity in Oracle.
