Adding approvers in requisition throws error We can't assign approvers to this requisition right now

Summary:

User is unable to select approver while adding approver in Oracle Redwood requisition screen, Approver list is appearing in the LOV but when selecting the approver, it throws an error saying

"We can't assign approvers to this requisition right now."
