Client already is live on Oracle Cloud HCM. Now expanding to new countries with only Core HR. Need to use currency rates for Core HR and reporting. I know about Manage Daily rates functionality and the use of excel integrated workbook. I heard about a web service to automate. Does this exist and what is it? Do you need Oracle ERP license?
