What is the BICC PVO for FND_VS_VALUES_B Fusion table that has the attribute values?

We are on FDI 25.2. I have found some PVOS like FscmTopModelAM.AnalyticsServiceAM.ValueSetTypedValuesPVO in BICC that map back to the valueset/code data in Fusion data but have not found a PVO that has the attribute values (either as attribute value columns or named something else). Really need the attribute value data. Please advise.
