Involuntary Deductions Calculation Card Missing from Dropdown in usage rules

I'm encountering an issue while working with Calculation Value Definitions.

  • The "Involuntary Deductions" calculation card is not displayed when adding a Usage Rule. I am trying to add it for Child Support calculation value definitions.
  • For some existing calc value definitions, the "involuntary deductions" is already in the usage rules, but if I delete it and attempt to re-add it, the "involuntary deductions" option no longer appears in the dropdown.

Has anyone experienced this behavior before? Could this be related to configuration, security roles, or a known bug?

Any guidance or workaround would be greatly appreciated!
