EPM SmartView "Deprecation of Transport Layer Security Protocol Version 1.2" - Impact for ERP?

Summary:

Would like to get clarification if there is any impact for ERP customers from this notice which impacts EPM customers.

As of Saturday 7th June, versions of EPMAutomate and SmartView older than 1 year will no longer be able to connect to cloud applications.

"TLS 1.2 is no longer available for connections to EPM Cloud environments; all connections are made over TLS 1.3 only, requiring that client browsers and operating systems all support TLS 1.3."

Solution is to Install the Latest EPM Automate / SmartView.

Considering SmartView is also in use in ERP, is there any impact for ERP instances and if similar change will take place for ERP cloud?
