Attachment in AR Invoice is now not visible, was visible a week ago. Issue is for serval Invoices.

Hello,

We had attached commercial invoices to AR DOO Invoices. Until a week ago, these attachments were visible on the invoices. However, they are no longer appearing. Our technical team investigated the issue from the backend. They checked the last updated date and last updated by fields to verify whether the attachments might have been mistakenly deleted or removed. However, since there are no attachments currently visible on the invoices, the relevant backend tables are returning blank results.
The tables we queried are:

  1. FND_DOCUMENTS
  2. FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS


Note: Audit is not enabled in system.

Could you share what would be reason and how we can get into solution of this issue. Thank You.
