ADFDI Plug-In doesn't work

Once the user enters in "Reconcile Clearing Accounts Manually" and tries to donwloand the spreadsheet to do it by Excel, the template downloaded is empty as I show you in the picture:

The user has installed the "ADFDI" with the last version… It can be a privilege issue instead of ADFDI issue? Only for this specific action "Reconcile Clearing Accounts Manually" the user cannot work with the ADFDI.

The user has all the privileges related to GL Manager and its privileges, with the function of "Reconcile Clearing Accounts Manually" marked..

Please, any advice? Where is the error?
