Candidate information not fetched in Oracle Digital assistant chatbot

We have configured the Oracle Digital assistant and it works fine for all skills and intents except for Hiring skill (Candidate status Intent and Offers Intent). Please advise if there is any missing setup specific to Hiring skill.

After logging in as Recruiter / Hiring manager » When we ask question - Show candidate status and provide the first name and last name of the candidate, digital assistant returns back with response -

Hmm, I didn't find a candidate with that name. Using the candidate's first and last name, tell me something like "John" for the first name and "Smith" for the last name. Enter first name again.
