Problem upgrading to the pay-as-you-go plan
Hello, I need help upgrading my account to the "pay-as-you-go" plan. I used the verification method in February and received the corresponding payment and refund. However, the confirmation email never arrived, and my account is now stuck with the message "Your account upgrade is in progress." in the oracle sales chat they told me that i should ask here because they does not have acces to the client's cloud environment which are in my free tier account
