BI Publisher based Purchase Order Notifications sent corrupted to the approver

Summary:

We have an issue where the approver gets a BI Publisher-based Purchase Order Notification that is corrupted:

So, I've added the PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_ORDER_PRIV_OBI role (The approver has POR_MANAGE_REQUISITION_PRIV_OBI that resolves a similar issue in requisition notification), hoping the role might resolve this issue.

Any idea how to approach this? Any other role?
