How to create Custom Deeplinks to the desired Oracle UI pages?

We have a requirement to Create custom deeplinks to the desired UI pages, we want to reroute the users from one page to another page in Oracle:

  1. Use deeplink at shopping list page to HCM team- after new hire is done they can go to deeplink and start creating requisitions.
  2. Deeplink at the problem report from quality to Purchase Orders- Connect Deeplink to the PO so that buyer can view the Problem report.
