I am unable to make credit reason field mandatory during credit memo creation.

I am trying to do this via page composer in expression builder I am giving expression as true in the required section. Although the same condition is working for another field which is Customer reference and it is type of input text field whereas, credit Reason has oneselectChoice as datatype.
