Service Account not able to report on Feedback

Summary: We have a service account that we use for reporting purposes in OTBI. Typically, this account is able to pull accurate data across all Business Units. We discovered a handicap where Feedback Notes are concerned. The service account is only returning data on Feedback with visibility set to Everyone. However, if a user account runs the same report, they are able to also see Feedback with the visibility set to Everyone; Managers and Worker; and Managers Only.

The service account has the Employee Abstract role and thus the View HCM Person Notes duty role.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve?
