Get change in requisition amount

Good evening, everyone.
I'm trying to create an approval rule for purchase requisitions to control the review of the requisition as is done in the PO.

For example:
A requisition of US$100.00 was approved, and the buyer returned the requisition. If the requester does not change any field that changes the value of the requisition (quantity or price) when he submits the requisition for approval, it should be automatically approved.

I'm trying to use the attribute "Change in Requisition Amount of Modified Lines", but I couldn't create the rule.
