Current Proficiency Level field is not available in the Development Goal Page

in Performance Management

Summary:

In the MRUI, the "Current Proficiency Level" is displayed under the Competencies section within the Target Outcome area. However, after enabling the Redwood UI for this page, the field is no longer visible.

I’ve checked the Business Rules and also reviewed the configurations in Visual Builder Studio (VBS), but I’m unable to locate this field to either display or configure it
