How to eliminate cash settlement options.

Description (Required):

I have disabled settle transaction through payment option with page composer as oracle suggested docu(attached in ticket (2590765.1-STEPS-Disable_Settle_transaction_through_Payments (1)). But i am unable to query the newly created bank transfer details after this page composer. Attached the testing document (Disable settle transaction.doc)

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Business don't want those option for user
