API update to Personal payment method erases prepayment details from person results

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

We have a vendor who updates the employees personal payment method and bank using API's. We noticed that the PPM got updated with an effective date falling in the middle of the pay period . Similar transaction done using UI gives an error that the PPM can be updated only after the process date of the pay period.Also noticed that the prepayment process and EFT process results didnt havr any bank details showing after the update
