Post 25B upgrade, paymentsExternalPayees is failing continuously while updating

Following the 25B ERP upgrade, the API below is failing consistently. This API was functioning correctly prior to the upgrade.

API Endpoint: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees/{PayeeId}

Method : Patch

Could you please investigate and determine if any changes were implemented to this API in the 25B release that may be causing this issue?

Error Message: [OrganizationIdentifier: Attribute OrganizationIdentifier in view object ExternalPayees1 cannot be set. Organization Name: Attribute OrganizationName in view object ExternalPayees1 cannot be set..A 400 Bad Request Error indicates that the target service is unable (or refuses) to process the request sent by the client (Oracle Integration Cloud), due to an issue that is perceived by the server to be a client problem. Try invoking the target service using cURL. It may also be that one of the intermediaries (proxy, LBR) could be returning this code.]
