How to mark agreement as required if negotiated box is checked in RSSP

Hello,

I have a requirement to use visual builder studio to create a rule where IF the Negotiated = true THEN agreement = Required. Is it possible to create this kind of conditional logic in visual builder.

I am using the conditional logic to say RequisitionLineNegotiated = True THEN mark Agreement as Required, but I am finding that the agreement field is displaying as required regardless of how I configure the logic.

Is it possible to accomplish the logic I am looking for?
