How to Import awaiting Billing status sales orders using FBDI template

We are converting Sales Order data using FBDI template and found that there are many sales orders already shipped and awaiting for billing. Please suggest how to import Sales order in awaiting billing status? I don't see any field for line level status or shipped quantity.
