Description (Required):

Introduce the ability in VBS to conditionally hide or show fields from page properties (which is outside of business rules). Currently, these fields can only be set to always hidden or always visible for all users. With this enhancement, fields could be dynamically displayed or hidden based on specific conditions, such as user roles or other criteria, providing greater flexibility and a more tailored user experience.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We need to hide the 'View Calculated Time' option just for employees. However, when we hide it in VBS, it is getting hidden for all pages including the admin views. We require the option to be hidden just for employees.
