Duplicate Member Error when Loading from EDMC to PCM

Summary:

We recently added a new member to our Account dimension for our PCM application in our EDMC hierarchy. The business needs for the member to exist in both the main and an alternate hierarchy within the same dimension.

We have this currently throughout the application, but for some reason, this most recent add is causing the EDMC import to fail due a "duplicate member error."

I know that EPCMS does not support duplicate members, but I'm unaware of a change that would keep this from working in PCM. Was there an update made recently that we missed?
