The functionality of smart forms was just published to the 25C content list although it is a key integration into our end users daily tasks.
The user experience in RSSP differs significantly from the classic version. To maximize the time available for supporting users through this transition, we were hoping to train this new smart form experience before the timed cut off from classic.
The smart form feature is still yet to be tested and trained to our end users. This missing element would introduce substantial disruption, user confusion, and resourcing challenges within the purchasing process.
